DescriptionDue to shortcomings encountered with ThunderSky\'s own terminal connectors, we a designed a range of these great braided cell interconnectors, specifically for hooking up lithium battery packs in electric vehicles.
They are made from tinned copper braid (50sqmm total) with crimped tinned copper end caps, ensuring a minimum resistance connection between battery terminals. They offer a little flex between cells to ensure a good connection even when adjacent cells are not perfectly aligned.
The 60-6 size has a nominal pitch of 60mm with elongated 6mm holes, making them suitable for connecting M6 terminals between 56mm to 64mm.

Installation tips: We highly recommend cleaning the oxide off battery terminals thoroughly with a wire brush before installing cell interconnectors, since aluminium oxide in particular has quite high electrical resistance. Also make sure you always use spring washers under the bolt heads to prevent them loosening.
